In my recent role as a Paraprofessional Teacher with the Dougherty County School System, I have accumulated eight years of valuable experience working closely with the students to enhance their academic performance. This background has equipped me with practical insights into special needs education and individualized support strategies. My skills include Special Needs Education, Behavioral Management, Individualized Education Plans, Mathematics Tutoring, and Classroom Management. Coupled with strengths such as Adaptability, Communication, Patience, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, Leadership, Time Management, Empathy, and Creativity. I am well prepared to implement engaging lessons that promote lifelong learning. I hold a degree in Mathematics from Albany State University, which has provided with a solid foundation to support students’ mathematical understanding effectively.
