About me

I like to make learning fun for my students. I use hands on learning with activities as much as possible when applicable. I employ a "think out loud" approach, breaking concepts down into bite-sized chunks to describe and explain the how and why behind the math. In addition, I can teach alternate strategies that may work better for students than what they may be getting from a textbook.
