About me

I'm an ex-special education English teacher with an MA in English (with a focus in Creative Writing) and 7+ years of experience in high school education. I have also taught various other subjects, such as Algebra I & II, Geometry, and US History during my time as a high school educator. In college, I was a tutor for English subjects at the university level and aided students of all levels with their essay writing. The heart of successful learning is internalization, which is why my style of teaching aims to provide lessons that are relevant to you. I'll use real life examples and strive to create interesting dialogue with you so you can succeed in any subject we work on!
