Since retiring as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, I have made it my mission to stay engaged in my industry, coach up the next generation of information technology and cyber workers and prepare you for the many challenges in our industry. I specialize in helping students prepare for CompTIA ITF+, Tech+, A+, Network+ and Security+ exams, as well as teaching computer networking, information security, computer electronics, IP addressing and subnetting, and number systems used in computing (decimal, binary, and hexadecimal). With over 20 years of teaching experience in a higher education setting, and many (many) years of training my teams in cybersecurity and computer networking topics. I have a vast amount of academic teaching experience, combined with real-world industry experience, to give you great insights into what you will need to learn to be successful. My lessons are geared toward those entering college/university level courses and working adults looking for a way to boost their career or even working towards a career change. My lessons will guide you through the theoretical as well as provide you with hands-on lab work that you can do to enhance your learning and continue to excel in your skills.
