What happens if the tutor doesn't respond to the request?
The tutors' level of service matters a great deal to us, and we track their response times. We do everything we can on our end to show tutors who are available and have the shortest possible response times.
- A tutor who repeatedly fails to respond to requests over time may lose Score, and may even stop appearing in search results.
- At the same time, since the tutors are independent, we can't require them to respond to every request, and there may be cases where a tutor is unavailable and unable to get back to you.
What do we recommend?
- Wait a reasonable amount of time for a response.
- In the meantime, contact additional tutors through the platform to increase your chances of a quick reply.
