The service charter is a set of rules we expect the platform's tutors to follow, such as being punctual, coming to lessons prepared, maintaining a service-oriented attitude, non-discrimination, and so on.
It's important to sign the service charter in your account in order to actually start appearing in the search results, once your profile has been approved by the platform team.
