The platform is a marketplace of independent, private tutors. They are not our employees. When you make a payment, it goes directly from you to the relevant tutor and does not pass through the platform.
Whether payment was made by credit card through the platform or sent directly to the tutor, the money goes directly from the student to the tutor. The platform itself is not a party to the financial transaction, and does not hold or transfer the money between the two sides.
Any request for a receipt or invoice for a lesson should be directed to the tutor, just like with any other private lesson.
Managing finances with students is the tutor's responsibility, including issuing receipts and invoices. If you need such a document for a lesson you had, contact the tutor and ask for the relevant document.
