After you send your request to the tutor, they'll receive the details and confirm the request through the platform. Once the request is confirmed you'll get a notification by email and SMS, and the system will reserve a tentative lesson date for you:
an initial time that holds a spot in the calendar until everything is finalized with the tutor.
From this point, the tutor is expected to get in touch with you, usually by message or call, to understand your needs in depth, go over the lesson topics, and arrange the timing with you.
If the scheduled time doesn't work for you, you can edit it directly from your calendar on the platform. If the lesson isn't relevant, you can easily cancel it through the same interface.
Important! The time set after the confirmation is only a suggestion. The actual lesson time is only finalized after you've spoken with the tutor.
