Once a tutor receives your lesson request, the next step is for them to get in touch with you and go over the lesson topics. If needed, they'll update the lesson time, or cancel it if the request doesn't seem relevant.
The lesson isn't finalized until a phone call has taken place.
If the tutor hasn't reached out to you yet, you can contact them yourself: go to the "My tutors" tab in your profile on the platform. Next to the tutor's name, you'll see a phone-shaped button:
Clicking it reveals the tutor's contact details, which you can use to get in touch:
