Payment on the platform goes directly from students to tutors. The payment method is agreed on directly with the relevant tutor.
You can pay tutors on the platform in two different ways: either by credit card, or directly in whatever way is convenient for you and the tutor.
When payment for the lesson is made directly to the tutor: Agree on the payment method directly with the tutor (you can pay in any way that's convenient for both of you, such as cash or a mobile payment app), and send the payment to the tutor. Make sure the payment method is up to date on the platform.
When payment for the lesson is made by credit card: The card details need to be entered before the lesson time. You can do this through the lesson tab in your calendar:

Only after the lesson has taken place will the tutor collect the payment, according to the lesson that was held.
Important to know: The card details are stored only with the payment provider (PayPal), and are not saved or accessible to the platform team or to the tutors.
